Hello

What is it with all these retirement packages and birthday celebrations?

Every other biz opp I get these days seems to come from some info publisher who has either:

A - decided to give it all up and offer up resale rights to a lucky few (at a special price of course) or

B - do exactly the same but use some special birthday.

Look, this marketing technique has been around for years. I am sure most of them are entirely genuine. But let's look at these for what they are. They are using these personal milestones as nothing more than an excuse to licence out their products or business plans.

Hats off to Pat Adam though. He's the latest in a long line of info publishers to take this angle. His forthcoming 60th Birthday event includes a Gala Dinner, access to his Fast Cash Generator System (no points for guessing this will be an info publishing model) plus 36 hours with 4 biz opp gurus.

I have to admit, the speakers are top notch if a little old school: you have Ted 'the 400 million dollar man'
Nicholas. Ted is one of the best speakers around today and has a brilliant pedigree as a motivational speaker and one of the top copywriters alive.

Next, there's John 'Bruiser''Gommes. Now he doesn't speak that often and it seems only at Pat Adams events.
Anyway, I had the privilege to work closely with him a few years ago. Again, an impeccable money making history.
He has created and sold a bunch of businesses and become seriously rich in the process. He has a canny knack for understanding where the hot markets are and how to exploit them.

You also get to hear and meet Peter Thompson- yes, another grandee of the UK personal and business development industry.
He also happens to be Nightingale Conant's No 1 author.

To round things up there's also Mike Chantry, owner of Hilite - THE leading biz opp list broker. If you're involved in direct mail in the UK, then this is the guy you have to talk to.

Blimey, even sceptical old me is getting interested!

Ok, none of these guys are really hip to the online cutting edge, but if you ant to understand the very foundation of all info marketing, then I couldn't pick a better bunch.

What makes me laugh about Pat is that his marketing warm-up campaign for these events seem to go on forever.
For the past month I have been getting emails every couple of days teasing me with snippets about the offer. To some it's like overkill, but I really can't fault him for his dogged determination.

Is it worth the £3997 (+ VAT) price tag? Well, it all depends on you. I am sure that the materials and speaks will be ok.
But as with all of these events, you need to be motivated and hopefully get some after the event handholding from Pat and his team. Remember also, you can have the best info product in the world, but if you don't have good copy, then you're dead in the water. So if you're moving into info publishing you either have to learn how to write copy yourself or hire someone else to do it.

Anyhow, you can check out Pat's thing here:

By the way I'm not an affiliate for this (can't you tell?) and won't get a bean if you go for it or not . . .

Maybe I should jump on the bandwagon. My 39th birthday is in April (it's actually the 23rd, please make a note in your diaries). I know it's still another year until I hit a serious milestone, but who cares! Thirty-nine is important to me, so maybe I could . . .

But seriously . . . I am actually thinking about revealing EXACTLY how I run my business. I've resisted the temptation before as I just don't want to be branded as another high-priced seminar peddler. But then I realise that the only way for me to impart the exact blueprint of how I have built my business is to get people in a room and drill them with the exact steps and then hold their hand through the whole process.

Now I'm working backwards with this and thinking aloud - I want to work from you with your own successful online and offline publishing business (yes it can be run at home - in fact it is actually preferable!). What I want to do is hold your hand all the way up to when you actually start making money. Unlike others I'm not going to do the seminar, give you a bunch of resale rights and bid you 'Good luck and good night'. Instead I'm going to continue to mentor, bully, encourage, advise and ensure that ALL my students start their business. I won't be accepting any excuses - I'll be on your tail until you have it set up AND making money.

How does that sound?

Obviously this is a big undertaking and commitment and will need a lot of planning on my part. In fact I really don't expect me to launch any of this until Autumn 2007. So if you though Pat Adams warming you up for 2 months was excessive, you've got the next 9 months to get through!

Watch this space ...

**** The Big Tease! It's pretty much common knowledge that property is a great way to make money. Problem is, nowadays, it takes a large wedge of capital to buy in - and a fair bit of expertise too. So you can imagine how delighted I am to bring you this blueprint where you can make £126,000 (and probably much more) from property every year . . . without owning any!

I first got wise to this opportunity last year when I reviewed the 'How To Run Your Own Property Letting Agency' package from Southcourt Properties. Actually it was a decent-ish package. The only slight snag was that it cost almost £600 and didn't have any sort of refund guarantee if you decided it wasn't for you.

But was I going to let that stop me bringing you a great opportunity? Of course not! So I worked hard to find a solution.

And what I decided to do was this: Research the industry ourselves to discover exactly how it works (and check it is as profitable as it seems). Then bring you our very own blueprint on starting a property letting agency ... absolutely FREE! And as ever, I've put together all the marketing and legal documents you need to get started.

Where will you find this? In the January issue of WRMM - it went to the printers about an hour ago and should be on your doormat Saturday morning.

And theres more . . . you'll also find reviews of The Internet Marketing Review plus Nick James' Secrets of Licensing PLUS a massive bumper freebie report you can download that shows you EXACTLY how to make a bundle out of repackaging cheapo resale rights.

But the best of all, in this issue I will be revealing THE SECRET to making all the money you could ever want. You wont have to buy any products. You wont have to visit a seminar. I will show you the exact steps that will attract mountains of cash to your door.

Intrigued? Good. Look out for full details on Saturday.

***** Cash On Demand hits Module 23 - this great course runs and runs and is now almost in it's 3rd year! I must admit I was sceptical that this course could continue to deliver the high quality advice found in the earlier sessions, but the latest module is full of excellent stuff, focusing pretty much exclusively on Google adwords . . . Yes, it might be one of those subjects that is covered elsewhere, but Andrew and his team have managed to encompass the key strategies . . .

Finally, I had some great news from Kent Police recently and thought you might be interested . . .

***** Xpertrader International bang to rights! Back in
2004 we followed up several subscribers stories of being ripped off by Christopher Pay. Well, the wheels of justice may be slow, but they get there eventually. Here's an email we received from the Kent fraud Squad telling us the good news . . .

'You may recall we spoke in April 2004 and September 2005 regarding Christopher PAY of Xpertrader International, PO Box 234 Margate CT9 4GE. I can now inform you that, on 18th December 2006 at Canterbury Crown Court, Christopher Pay was convicted of all forty-two offences for which he stood trial.

The counts comprised Obtaining Money Transfers by Deception contrary to Section 15A Theft Act 1968, False Accounting contrary to Section 17(1)(a) Theft Act 1968, Evasion of Liability contrary to Section 2(1)(b) Theft Act 1978 and three offences contrary to Section 397(2) Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, namely: knowingly making a misleading, false or deceptive statement, promise or forecast to induce investments, recklessly making a misleading, false or deceptive statement, promise or forecast to induce investments, and dishonestly concealing a material fact. He has been remanded on bail to appear for sentence at Canterbury Crown Court on 19th February 2007.

In very brief terms between August 2001 and December
2003 PAY was inviting investments from members of the public, guaranteeing substantial profits in a relatively short period in a number of different schemes entitled variously 'Enterprize', 'Xpertrader', 'Index Investment', 'Ninja Trading Club', 'Chilli Account' and 'Million Pound Challenge'.

He actually obtained some £670,000 with the promised returns totalling £2million. Only a small proportion of the money was genuinely invested and returns paid.

PAY entered not guilty pleas to all the counts but was convicted after a trial lasting 6 weeks. Regards, Marcus Wright, Kent Police Fraud Squad.'

Result!

Best regards

Nick
